Who we are
Pembinaan YTC Mulia Sdn. Bhd. is principally involved in structural, architectural, renovation and manpower supply works.
Our teams deliver across residential, industrial and commercial sites — from reinforced concrete and carpentry to aluminium, renovation and specialist forecourt construction. Our directors and project teams carry hands-on experience that predates the company itself, including a specialist track record in petrol station construction for national and independent operators since 2018.
Pembinaan YTC Mulia Sdn. Bhd. is registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), Malaysia as a Gred G7 building contractor, qualifying the company for unlimited tender value.
